Less than 10 year had to replace kitchen window glass for seal leak thinking we have lifetime warrenty no problem. My husband could get no one out to look at window we had to do all the calling measurements sendpics they sent someone out for 15 min job and charged us 75.00 dollars. We should not have to pay for warrenty. we now have another window with broken seal. I already paid my money for these windows.
