Received services from them last month. Was charged close to $100 above my Groupon. On their website they mention reviewing services before work is done and extras are added - did not happen! They talk about using a carpet rake to ensure quick drying - did not happen! The company claims one thing, does another and add charges to your bill This is exactly the kind of company that you would want to avoid from your online research. DO NOT USE
