The carpet cleaners were one hour late - which is never a big deal for me as I understand traffic jams are unpredictable. The amount quoted and the amount charged were extremely different. High pressure tactics. They are many other carpet cleaners out there so go with someone who knows how to honor their quotes. There are others on this site I see that were scammed by this bait and switch. AVOID!!
