My valentine flowers from my college son came damaged. By the next morning they were dead. I called the shop and was spoken to in the most rude way. They told me I could bring them in for replacement but Valentines Day is their busiest day and they are not responsible for what their drivers do to the flowers! No apology and no attempt by them to replace unless I do the leg work and go to their shop! AVOID WYNDOWBOX!
