My car was hit while parked in a parking lot. The insured was with OMNI. OMNI is a disaster. Their rep, Brian Sellers, does not return phone calls; interrupts while I am talking; refuses to put anything in writing; promises to send a check in "3-5 days" but in the same phone conversation, says that they "have not yet approved the appraisal." It has been more than two weeks and the only thing I have from OMNI is a threatening letter that they "haven't accepted responsibility" and "the statute of limitations" document from Washington State. How do we shut companies like this down???
