First off, I want to say the actual carpet cleaning was great. The carpet was cleaned very well.
The reason I gave them one star is because of professionalism. I have never been treated so poorly. The scariest thing is it was the Manager that was so bad. The guys that came to clean the carpet were very nice.
This manager yelled and cursed at me for no reason. I did not order this cleaning, it was ordered by another individual with a groupon. It was my move in day, no wait, they didn't show up on the day they were suppose to. It was the day after my move in day, and they guys showed up to clean the carpet. The walked through and said there is more $ owed for cleaning stains, that the groupon only covered a "basic" cleaning. Fair enough, I know chemicals are expensive, and to get some stains out can be pricey, but I am not responsible for it. It is the responsibility of the former resident who ordered the service. That is when the manager started yelling and cursing and threatening to take his guys off of the job because I didn't want to pay for something I had no responsibility for. I even got the landlord to say they would pay for the cleaning, but the jackass manager refused to take the landlords $. He had to have mine. It didn't make any sense. I am a reasonable guy, but if you can't be professional towards me, and you are taking out frustration from a bad business decision you made, then you shouldn't be in the position you are in. My only hope is that those two guys their doing carpet cleaning go work for a better company that knows how to talk to customers. This is at least 24 hours after the incident and I am still pissed at that manager.
Again, the carpet cleaning was done very well, it was the manager's lack of respect and professionalism that get's the 1 star...
