I have never, in my life, felt so taken advantage of by a business before! As I'm now finding out, from others who have dealt with them, they are rotten scoundrels. They concocted absurd reasons for not returning a great portion of my deposit, which I've never had happen. I am obsessively clean, and half of the things they deducted for, are fictional. I am left with no recourse, as I didn't think to take photos of the unit, upon move-out. As far as I'm concerned, they are despicable, and should be ashamed of themselves. It's as if they almost have a license to steal.
