I am trying to obtain a drug for a patient who was released from the hospital two weeks ago and this insurance has made it impossible. I called the insurance who then directed me to the pharmacy benefits company who then directed me to the health account manager who then directed me to Prime DX who then stated that the claim was turfed back to the pharmacy benefits company for review.
All I know is if this patient dies or has an adverse event, because this company wouldn't approve this drug they could get sued. I've asked for service people's last names when I speak with them on the phone and all I get is a first initial and blatant refusal for their full name. This company seems very irreputable.
