I will never go to this hospital again for any procedure, nor do I want any of my family and friends to go there. I have worked for many years in the health care field in another state and the poor adherence to basic cleanliness by staff (used surgical gloves laying in public elevators, failure to wash hands by staff when in a patient room) is unparalled. Massive overpricing of ancillary services ( radiological procedures) upwards of 453% of the national average shows that patient care is not their primary goal. Poor training of staff on new computer programs resulting in completely unnecessary massive 4-5 hour delays in the E.R. Need I say more. HMC needs to get their act together. Poor protocol, needs to be reviewed from the top down.
