My single family home in Wicerpark is managed by RPM. I have been with them for 2 years now. They have found me good tenants and they especially make sure my home is being taken care of. Any issues that arise in my home, RPM notifies me by a quick Email and discusses it with me....and then charge me later- I have never had to pay out of pocket yet. They also have maintenance guys so their prices are great too-serviced my furnace 2 days ago for $45!
