They will tell you anything to get you to sign a lease. Then the story changes. The 2 people who work in the office tell you different stories each time you speak to them. The woman sounds all sweet until there is an issue then she becomes extremely rude. Maintenance can take weeks, sometimes months. If you do sign, get every tiny little thing in writing. And, document every interaction with them - phone calls, notes, etc. Document!!!
