MCPMC lacks attention to detail, follow-up, professionalism when dealing with owners and board members, requests and submits RFPs and bids without offering board members top line information or pulling out critical pieces and interpret for the board.
They do not review condo rules and regulations and declarations for interpretation when dealing with situations. The owner and the employee's of MCPMC do not dig deep to find answers to concerns, then they go on defense like Dick Butkus when you bring the matter to their attention.
