It is painfully clear that every good review is written by someone who works for the association as every 5 star review has the same "~" then generic discription of the person to end their statement. "Michaelene has upgraded everything! The pool, the sidewalks... ~dennis f" or "~ happy townhouse owner" it's all crap and nobody's buying it. Why would these people even write reviews if all your doing is the job you were brought on to do? This place is worse than auschwitz more

Follow-up, Attention to Detail, Take the lead, RFP requests, 5/29/2012

MCPMC lacks attention to detail, follow-up, professionalism when dealing with owners and board members, requests and submits RFPs and bids without offering board members top line information or pulling out critical pieces and interpret for the board. They do not review condo rules and regulations and declarations for interpretation when dealing with situations. The owner and the employee's of MCPMC do not dig deep to find answers to concerns, then they go on defense like Dick Butkus when you bring the matter to their attention. more

Unhappy Unit Owner 5/22/2010

A good management company is one that works quietly in the background. MCPMC does not work at all in the background, as far as I can tell. They are terrible at returning phone calls and emails. The owner is accusatory and attacks without provocation. While they are the property managers, they like to pass the blame off to the unit owners or other companies that they hired to do work for them. Good luck trying to get straight answers out of anyone you are able to get a hold of there. They have a serious lack of communication and initiative to get anything done for people paying assessments. If you do get a hold of someone there be ready for a fight, they do more yelling than listening. Also, they like to set down the phone and pretend to listen to you when you are speaking, make sure they are always responding to what you are saying. They are paid assessments to take care of the building they “manage,” but they seem to be annoyed with actually having to maintain or fix something for which they are responsible. Don’t bother going to them with problems you have, if you can fix it yourself, just do it. Had I known what dealing with MCPMC was like, I would have help off purchasing my unit. more

I always appreciate how I get a call back (or email) when I have a question. Both Cheri and Sandy have been great. Our last management company rarely returned calls. Most importantly is the level of expertise that I have experienced with MC. Cheri has an answer for every question. We are sorry to see her leave. more

Better than Management Companies that we had in the past. MCPMC is progressive and offers many options--i.e. newsletters, web site services. Although MCPMC is not perfect they are the best we have had so far. Their suggestions to issues the Board faces are welcome and usuallly accepted. more
