We joined in 2006 when we weren't even homeowners, we saved almost double the membership fee in furniture, gifts, and my son's annual sporting goods (not cheap stuff!) before we even bought our home or had to renew. The staff at the Bothell location has always been pleasant to work with, unlike most retail stores. Even the owner has approached me while shopping to make sure I was being taken care of.
