I was planning a honeymoon and was boarding my dog. I called to schedule the time I was planning to leave 2 months before I left for Hawaii. I called the week before to verify the boarding and could not get through. I finally left a voicemail in hopes someone would call back. What if my pet was dying? Would I have to leave a voicemail? So I finally showed up that day paniced and they ended up telling me that, "They had a cancellation" and that he could be boarded. It really made me feel underappreciated and not important. Not the greatest experience. more
