If I didn't have to rate or give a "star" I would not give anything as they deserve a big fat "0". Too bad this company switched to using the "Midwest Center". Apparently, this happened in December 2011 and supposedly notices were mailed to each of their customers. That is not the case as I did not get one and I have been with this company using three different supplements from them and no notice. When I started calling in January 2012 inquiring what is going on, I was lied to and given the runaround. I was told my shipments were inactive. Really???? They took the money out of my account but I never received any shipments. I will not and never will beg to buy someone's product. Shame on Good Living Labs!! They need to hire people that are trained in customer service also.
