However, 9 month ago I had my baby and missed two appointments - one due to doctor's appointment and the second one due to my illness. I called and apologized the same day of missed appointment and was told that I should never call there again. I was stunned! Of course, I understand that he has a business to run, but I thought the fact I was going there for so many years, counted.
Also, you will not be able to schedule appointment when yon need - you will have to wait for about one month and during this long time period sometimes things happen! I do not recommend going there - I feel completely worthless after I was told I cannot go there anymore. Very disappointed - in myself, for not being able to keep my appointments, and in Alex - for not able to forgive a client of 4 years for 2 missed appointments.
p.s the receptionist, her name is Cathy, is very nice and friendly.
