The owner, his name Alex Knodush, was my hairstylist for 4 years. He is a good hair stylist, he listens to you and I was happy to be his client. However, 9 month ago I had my baby and missed two appointments - one due to doctor's appointment and the second one due to my illness. I called and apologized the same day of missed appointment and was told that I should never call there again. I was stunned! Of course, I understand that he has a business to run, but I thought the fact I was going there for so many years, counted. Also, you will not be able to schedule appointment when yon need - you will have to wait for about one month and during this long time period sometimes things happen! I do not recommend going there - I feel completely worthless after I was told I cannot go there anymore. Very disappointed - in myself, for not being able to keep my appointments, and in Alex - for not able to forgive a client of 4 years for 2 missed appointments. p.s the receptionist, her name is Cathy, is very nice and friendly. more

When you go to image by design you'll leave with a great haircut, but what makes them special is their service. My mother goes to this salan, the straff has been sper friendly and seems to have taken a genuine interest in her life. They are fantastic! more

After my mother underwent cancer treatment and was loosing her hair, she went to image by designto try and "fix" the mess taht was now her hair. She had gone to them before her treatment began, but after the treatment they were all very helpful and compassionate to her issues and were able to make something out of nothing and give her a great hairstyle. truly great popele, who do great work. more
