We bought a dining room set from the Boca store. Though the actual sales guy, Jeff, was great...everything fell apart after that. They delivered our six chairs WITHOUT the table..telling us the table was back ordered. No one told us that BEFORE the delivery! Anyway, out of the six chairs, four were all beat up and chipped/cracked. The delivery guys were super rude, seemed to be mad that I wanted to inspect the chairs before they left but per the contract, I HAD to, before signing the delivery slip or I could not exchange them. They tried to tell me I could just have them serviced. Why would I want them serviced?? I just spent $1,600! I want furniture without chips and cracks! So when I scheduled to deliver the replacements, they said between 2 & 7 pm. I changed my work day schedule to accommodate that. The next morning at 7:30 am, they called saying they'd be there between 9 & 11 am. I told them we scheduled a week ago between 2 & 7 pm and that I rearranged my work day to suit that and they argued with me. They told me that they, "Stopped doing that schedule two weeks ago and would I like to reschedule?" This isn't all of the problems we had with our order but the gist of them. Their furniture is cheaply made (from China, as one of the customer service reps told me so), their reps are rude, their delivery people are rude, and this experience made me never want to buy from them again. Or recommend them.
