This builder over promises and under delivers. I should have listened to my wife and never sold my old house that had no problems. The quality of the work is horrible, the paint inside and out is something that a 10 year old cold do a better job of.
My house is 5 months old, the paint is falling off, the drive is cracked and the grass is all dead. Are they doing anyting about it to keep us happy?? NO!!
