Don't buy a new Trinity Home assuming that it's been built up to code. I'm currently getting ready to sell mine, and I'm finding all of the problems that never should have existed in the first place. The chimney was never sealed where it joins the roof, the basement wasn't waterproof properly, the oven cabinetry is a mess, and there are no locks on the garage doors, for starters. The insulation seems suspect in certain areas too, although without opening up the walls I can't tell for sure. It seems as if they've taken an awful lot of shortcuts in putting the house together.
