We have had TV, internet and telephone with Coosa Cable for several years. Unfortunately, they're the only cable company that services the area I live in. Our internet and phone have been out for almost 2 weeks. Every time I call, I'm told it's because AT&T cut a cable and Coosa has supposedly been working on it every day for about 2 weeks. Usually when it rains hard the cable, internet and phone all go out. A soup can with string would be reliable. I hate Coosa Cable with a white hot passion. The "customer service" is as bad as their service. When you call, 90% of the time you're put on hold while the girls in the office fix their hair or cut their fingernails or something. Words cannot adequately express the disdain I have for this company. Were there another cable company in the area Coosa would be run out of business within a couple of months. If it was possible to give a negative star rating, I would do so.
