I have been to this car wash dozens of times. Today I got a full service for more then $25 and when it rained a few hours later I called for a "Rain Check".
What the hell! "Not their policy." Really! In Southern California when it rains so little you don't offer a rain check! Poor business practice and they will never see another dime of my money!
