I want to commend your customer service that you delivered to me today. I am so grateful to you that you took the time to first of all listen to my situation so patiently and then to take the initiative to personally walk over to the service department and find my car. I had spoken and explained my situation to at least 5 other service reps and not 1 of them could help me. So Again, Thank you and I appreciate your loyalty to us customers. more
