The Gluten free veggie pizza is absolutely delicious. It usually has a wonderful bread like crust. This Friday however, the crust was so chewy and flat that I couldn't cut it with a fork. I am not sure what happened but I so hope that next Friday the crust will be back to normal. It is the best gluten free pizza I have ever had and I have been eating gluten free for over 30 years. I did tell one of the deli workers and hopefully she passed it on to whoever made the pizza crust that day. Please don't change the crust recipe!
