We needed a new car. It was to be our first experience with the Costco arrangement. This, in turn,led us to the Jennings dealership, and to Steve Tinkler. Steve turned out to be an excellent representative of the firm, since we had not selected a specific brand of car and had originally planned to use the offer as a bargaining chip with other dealers. Steve was fair, helpful and persuasive, and we left as proud owners of a new Malibu. Because we had issues with seat height and such, he helped us select the best model for our needs. The experience was painless and Steve, as well as the Costco connection, made it worth our while.
