I called them Thursday morning and they were willing to come out that day between 3-5. Well, I couldn't schedule that but they gave me a time frame of 8-10 the next morning. They arrived closer to 8. They even covered their feet with those little booties. They gave me two options. One high, one low. They advised going with the low. So far it's working -- crossing fingers here.
