I wouldn't rent from these guys if they had the last place for rent on earth. VERY rude and unprofessional. I was more than ready to leave when my lease was up. I think they make it so unpleasent to stay at one of their properties so when they OVERCHARGE you for repairs/damages/clean-up they claim they did, you won't put up a fight because you just want to leave. STAY AWAY FROM ROMAIN PROPERTIES/ HACIENDA OAKS
