I recently purchased a used Subaru Legacy Sedan from Bertera, and couldn't be happier! When I decided to start shopping for a vehicle, a Subaru wasn't even on my list as a prospect. I looked at Toyota's Camry, Nissan's Altima, and Honda's Accord, but when I test-drove the Legacy, I fell in love. The icing on the cake was dealing with Bertera Subaru. This dealership truly worked as a team. Nuno Marques was my very knowledgable salesman, and I couldn't have asked for one who was more accomodating (He even dropped my husband and I off for breakfast while he ran my car over for it's inspection sticker!). After I put a deposit on my Subaru, I returned to the dealership with my husband to show him my new vehicle - Nuno had gone home for the day, but I had the great pleasure of dealing with Darrin, another one of Bertera's salesmen. It was raining, and he was busy with his own customers, but he was kind enough to take us out to the car - with a smile on his face, and a wonderful attitude! Tom in finance was terrific - he got me a lower interest rate on my loan than I was able to find myself. Mark, the general manager, was always quick with a hello, and I sincerely thank him for his willingness to negotiate a price that I feel was more than fair. Great job, Bertera Subaru!
