Nick was awesome!! He responded quickly and thoroughly to my e-mail inquiry (which is precisely why I came up to Bill's instead of another dealer) about the Tak EF341SC, which I had researched thoroughly on the Internet...so he didn't really need to do a whole lot...;^) I asked for him when I got to the store in the middle of a busy Saturday, and he was there to help immediately, answered all of the questions I had to ask. Sale was smooth and quick, a great purchasing experience! I'm sure Nick is one of the reasons you guys have the excellent reputation you do.
