I had previously posted a poor review of Kelly Infiniti due to some recurring scheduling issues I had with their service department. Since my last review, both the Dealership GM and the Service Manager have gone out of their way to improve my experience, and make sure the isseus will not happen again. I have had two service visits since my last review, and bot were perfect, from scheduling, completion, and communication. My sales experience with Kelly has always been good, and now that the service experience has improved significantly, I would not hesitate to recommend them to and Infiniti owner, or potential purchaser. more
