My PT was really nice and provided good help to me post surgery. My problem was with the office. They really put me off when I called to tell them I had to cancel as I was on the way to meet the ambulance when my son was being taken to emergency. I must admit I had expected a reply of .."Oh my god, thanks for calling us and don't worry about it, go take care of your son." What I got was, "We will have to charge you for your appointment, that is our policy." Policy or no, the timing was not good. I was upset and worried and didn't need the hassle at that moment. I did like my PT and would have continued on for several more weeks, but decided enough was enough at that point.
