My wife and I bought Infiniti's from Kelly years ago and had an incredible experience. Unfortunately my wifes car had a transmission issue (a QX4), and the dealer replaced it in two days, provided a lonaer, cleaned the car up like new, and gave us a $0 bill. That's service! We recently moved back to the Boston area and I went right back to Kelly Infiniti. I walked in, was great by the sales manager Lisa Avola, she immediately gathered a little info on me and introduced me to Kyle Mosley, who put me in the exact car I wanted and ended up buying. Due to travel all of my negotaiations were via email, I shot them a few comps, and they beat them. I got a great deal, got financing with Meegan Best done in about 15 minutes, and was treated with the respect i execpted from my prior dealings with Kelly. more
