I used Progressive for the first time last week, and I was very pleased. I signed up on their maintenance plan, and will be replacing my system with them shortly.
The difference I've seen between them and other companies is that they actually listen to my concerns and respond accordingly. I didn't feel like I was speaking to a snake oil salesman, like a company I used for a while in a couple of cities over.
