This is my fourth Toyota Camry and I have purchased all of them at Toyota Bedford. Simply stated, they have always been courteous and helpful. The dealership continues to satisfy my desire for attentive personnel who make it very clear they want me to be a satisfied customer and they see to it that I am. I continue to be pleased with the service they provide. My salesperson's undivided attention when she was showing me the vehicles was much appreciated. When the manager of the dealership was told of my disappointment with Toyota for what I felt was "less than honest" advertising with regard to 0% financing for the Camry, only to learn that it did not include the hybrid, he met with me to help me understand that was not in his control, but then did buy down my rate. more
