Extremely disrespectful customer service with respect to use of a coupon. As mentioned by a previous reviewer, the staff waited until I was eating to tell me that that they would not honor a coupon for the two entrees that I'd purchased. They asked me to pay full price - after they'd already agreed upon my arrival to honor my coupon. I got them to give me the discount as originally agreed, but this occurred with *much* consternation and discussion. The incident completely ruined my meal and I will never go back. I was appalled by the fact that both the wait staff and the manager on duty were so irreverent. Very unprofessional. more
