We've used We Clean America for several months now. The first time two ladies came and did a terrific job. We were elated. The next time a different two ladies came. The one was rather surly when I tried to tell her what I wanted done, and they did a decidedly marginal job. So, I complained to the manager..citing very specifically what I expected and what I would not tolerate. Since then we've had the same couple who do a really superb !!! job. We are very pleased and very satisfied. My take on this is that you've got to communicate with the manager when you're not happy by being specific. They can only correct a problem if they know about it
