Simply Garbage! Poor customer service, many service charges, they swear that their signal is not pulled from a satellite however whenever there is a strong storm in the area the signal breaks up in to crappy digital blocks, signal only comes in 480 so if you have an HD tv it’s a waste, you might as well pull out that spare tv you’ve kept from college in the garage and use it. Free digital broadcast gets a better picture. Unfortunately there is no competitor besides DISH. If my company did not pay for this service as a part of my home office expense i would not use it. If you can find any other means, DO IT.
