I took my BMW there to get a quick checkup for a weird vibration- of course, they do have a high labor charge and only use BMW parts so if you want work done there be prepared to pay. However they charged me nothing for the diagnostic, washed my car and were friendly and accommodating throughout the experience. Definitely the only BMW dealer in Pittsburgh I will be going to, the others were unreasonably expensive and charged extra for labor that should have been included (for example, asked to have two separate problems looked into at Sewickley, charged me two diagnostics, one for each problem...$200!)
