I am writing to let you know, what a nice gentleman you have working for you. I bought a water heater from Sears on Feb. 11 and your company was chosen by them to connect it on Feb. 12. He took the time to explain every part. While the heater was filling with water, he again pointed out all the new parts plus shut off valves. He lit the pilot and made sure everything was working, before he left. I just wanted you to know, how much I appreciated him and his work.
