Your service person Rick arrived at my home to install our new Sears water heater! The window was noon to 2 pm and I was pleasantly surprised that Rick showed a couple minutes after 12 noon! That's amazing! When I'm dealing with a utility, and they give me a window, I hardly ever see them at the beginning of the window! When I told him that, he said he could have been at my house at 11:30 but he stopped to pick up a water softer at Sears to install at another location! That's OK Rick! I wasn't home at 11:30! Rick was knowledgeable and efficient! When he saw what needed to be done extra in order to install the unit, he ticked off the items expertly! I agreed and he went to work. He said it would take 2 to 2 and half hours and it took just a little over two hours! I was impressed! When he was finished, Rich gave me good instructions about our new heater! more

Tasi Just installed our new water. Rarely have I been so pleased with a workman who came into our home. He was efficient, considerate, made no more noise than absolutely necessary and cleaned up after himself. I am writing to let you know, what a nice gentleman you have working for you. I bought a water heater from Sears on Feb. 11 and your company was chosen by them to connect it on Feb. 12. He took the time to explain every part. While the heater was filling with water, he again pointed out all the new parts plus shut off valves. He lit the pilot and made sure everything was working, before he left. I just wanted you to know, how much I appreciated him and his work. more
