Despite the unusually deep snow accumulation resulting from all the recent snowstorms, oil was delivered to my house last week. (The snow had become frozen and difficult to shovel.) Rather than complain, Kevin, the person who delivered the oil, was friendly, understanding and efficient. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the service I received.
