I'd give Swiss Colony no stars if I could. I don't think I've ever experienced such terrible customer service. I placed an order on line, when I received the confirmation emaill, it was wrong, so I called to correct it. I was told it couldn't be changed since it had already shipped. I also sent an email expressing my displeasure and requesting that the order be cancelled. Three days later, I received an email saying the order was just shipped. I called again (and emailed) to explain the situation. I was told there was no record of my previous call or email, then put on hold for 20 minutes, then disconnected. I'm incredibly frustrated.
