Just over two years ago I spent over $400 for a pair of glasses at Eyeland. It took over two weeks to get the glasses, and when they arrived the lenses were aligned incorrectly, so they had to go back. After another long wait, the glasses finally arrived and were correct. Recently the frame on the glasses broke, so I took them in and was told that they did not repair frames, and that I would have to buy a new frame. I paid for a new frame, and the glasses were sent to the lab. It took two weeks, and a call by me, to find out that the lenses had been cracked while removing the old frame from the lenses, and that I would have to buy new lenses. They refused to take responsibility for the broken lenses, saying that this often happened and was not their fault. They refused to make good on the lenses, so I said that I would just take my old glasses back, and take a refund of the money I paid for a new frame. They agreed to do this. They are very unprofessional. Any good business would have offered to replace the lenses at their expense. After all, the lenses were damaged while in their possession.
