As a home owner in QA, it is very important to all of us that customers are consistently treated with the respect and appreciation for their business.
Having a positive shopping experience in our business district is essential to keeping QA at the top of the Desired Neighborhood List in Seattle.
To date, I have experienced nothing less than rude and unappreciative interactions from the owner. This is such a shame to witness.
This high-end gift shop leaves a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. It appears cozy and inviting from the outside. However, don't expect a warm greeting or even given a simple, "Thank you for your business" at the point of sale.
I cannot express enough the need for this business owner to clean up her act and brush up on Customer Service 101.
