Working on my Sony Vaio when suddenly hundreds of error messages about hard drive missing pops up. Rebooted my laptop same thing. Without prior appointment, walked into BNYTech. Sergio/Sergei took a look at it, confirmed it was a virus attack. Said he will run a free hard drive test on it for 3 hours and then let me know if the hard drive is still in good condition to be recovered. Called me back exactly 3 hours later with a green light hard drive is good for recovery, if I wanted to go ahead. But also told me it would require reinstalling of the OS. Agreed on a price and they went right to work. Got my laptop back with all data intact the very next day. Perfect every step of the way, professional and very fast. They diagnose and explain the problems to me clearly before asking me if I want to proceed. Will go back to them anytime I have a laptop problem and will recommend to friends!
