My husband and I have been banking with BECU for about 24 years, my parents are double that!!! They are an EXCELLENT credit union! They have minimal fees! Their customer service is excellent. They have never failed to walk me through questions I had. Their online billpay is great! We got our mortgage through them, it was the BEST mortgage experience we EVER had - and we have purchased several homes before using them!! VERY NICE and helpful! Asked them to explain refi-options (with rates SO LOW), the person sat with me and walked me through all my questions even though we didn't refi at that time!
