Horrible experience. Dr Gower was rude and condensending. Then, bcbs request a copy of my daughters records before they paid the bill and their office staff kept calling me about the bill and never followed up with bcbs. Now, they are sying the bill is my responsibility even though they never sent in the records nor even called bcbs.
