I just came back, extremely disappointed and mad, from taking my senior portraits. I walk in and it is a mess; there was no order nor cleanliness at all. The two people who took my money and whatnot were merely 18 year olds who had no idea what they were doing. All in all, the customer service is horrible and the amount they charge, which is $50, is absolutely ridiculous. I can't wait to see my proofs and complain. Avoid them at all costs.
