I went here to get my son's Senior pictures. Overall, the experience was awesome!! They took us right away and made sure he looked great. We got the deluxe and the price was very reasonable compared to other photographers in the area. They made sure that we got what we wanted. 5 Stars across the board!!!! more

Absolutely Amazing!!! 11/25/2012

I took my photos with this company and the photographer that i had was really nice. I got the bigger package (the delux) and he was very nice to let me do my own poses. I didn't think i was going to be able to select my own poses, but i did. He took his time to make sure they were all good! We got our proof and both my mom and I were very impressed. We will be definitely ordering a photo package from them. more

Overall Amazing!!! 11/25/2012

This is a great company, with great quality photos. I was really impressed with what they had to offer. Also, I sat in on the photo shoot for my daughter's senior photos and the photographer was very nice and took his time making sure the photos would turn out very well. Overall, I highly recommend them!!! more

Cheap 11/6/2011

Scott Elementary school switch to this company from LifeTouch this year I'm very disappointed in the results. Paid the same amount for pictures I could have printed at home. Cheap paper no date in the corner like LifeTouch had. If they use Suckford Studios again I will not be ordering any pictures. Why didn't the PTA or the district look at all the bad reviews this studio has. Thanks for the crappy pictures. more

Good: Nothing. Bad: Everything. They are rude, had shabby poses, lost my pictures, rettok them and lost them again, did not do touch ups I paid for. Emily the supervisor told me it was my fault? They have no communication skills and are theives.. Improvements: For them to close the doors and never open up again.. more

I would NOT USE SANFORD STUDIOS they have poor customer service skills, after another consumer had left the cashier proceeded to talk about her in front of myself while I was purchasing my senior package. Totally Tacky! Waste of Time and Money!! Go to JC Penny! more

Quality 10/25/2010

My daughter took her Senior Portraits @ Sanford. It was late in the day, and while the waiting room was full, the photographer took his time, was engaging, and very professional. Needless to say we are thrilled with the proofs. more

HELL NO! Do NOT go to this place. I went to the cashier and he had me wait for 5 minutes cuz he was on the phone and when i called him on it he said, "whatever bitch!" i left the store and haven't gone back since. i give a 1 only because theres nothing lower! more

Unprofessional 9/16/2010

I just came back, extremely disappointed and mad, from taking my senior portraits. I walk in and it is a mess; there was no order nor cleanliness at all. The two people who took my money and whatnot were merely 18 year olds who had no idea what they were doing. All in all, the customer service is horrible and the amount they charge, which is $50, is absolutely ridiculous. I can't wait to see my proofs and complain. Avoid them at all costs. more

This business should have closed years ago 9/11/2010

I paid the deluxe sitting fee for my daughters senior portraits because we wanted her to be able to change outfits. The fotographer was impatient and rude. The proofs were horrible and you could tell they did not take their time. I could have just gotten the basic sitting fee and not have had to deal with this dilema. I called and let them know we were unhappy they said to come to the studio and they would decide if they felt the retakes would be free or not. We traveled 1hour to the studio just to have them say we would have to pay more money and that would just be one pose. or that we could pay additional even more but it would only be one change of clothes and the original $80 deluxe sitting fee lost. My daughter was in tears. This company has truly lost all morals. more

I took my son's senior portraits here. They assured me the sschool received his portraits to be included in the yearbook. Needless to say, the picture was never sent and when I called to inquire, I got the runaround. I have 4 more children who will need portraits and will not use these at all. more

Good: I called in today (6-23-09) for placing an order as well as mentioned about the err in my daughter's pictures; the gentleman on the phone is quite nice. I trust that the service of this Sanford Studio is as good as I've heard.. more

I have questions regarding my order for my daughter's senior pictures and have been calling Sanford Studios for 3 days. All I get is constant ringing; no answer machine; no one to take a message; NOTHING. This is very disappointing since senior pictures are very important in the documentation of a milestone in a child's life. more

WOW! Greenscreen Dance 8/2/2008

This last year's events were fantastic! Thanks for always getting us our material on time. We’ve never done a green screen event until prom season, WHAT A BLAST! we all loved the photos and are looking forward to our homecoming dance. More than just pictures 4/7/2008

Sanford prints the tickets for our musicals every spring, and they are fantastic! They even perforate and number each ticket and will customize it to match the color scheme of your event. They are also totally inexpensive, usually between 25-35 bucks or so for 500 tickets. And they are fast! Excellent customer service. more

Don't waste your time or money 7/13/2006

This company has lost touch with the meaning of customer service. They handle large accounts for the L.A. School District. When a substantial issue needed to be addressed by a single customer, I had to elevate the issue to a third level manager. I was PROMISED the issue was handled but when the work was finished nothing was EVER done to fix the problem. When I called to find out why, I was treated like my business was not worth their time. Very unprofessional!!! more

All kinds of portraits 2/28/2006

Sanford Studios is a professional photography studio that does lots of school pictures. However, you can also use them for family portraits, or hire them for team photos, social events, weddings and more. You won't be disappointed. This place takes awesome pictures and they take care to make sure you look good. You will pay a bit more than say, Sears or JCPenneys, but its worth it! more
